Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period) If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Effects of Cancellation & Refunds

  • Refund Extent: If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard outward delivery costs (except for supplementary costs if you chose an express or premium delivery option).

  • Deductions: We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.

  • Refund Timing: Reimbursements will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods back, or 14 days after you provide proof of return shipping.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Returning the Goods You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the items unless the goods are faulty or supplied in error.
