Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
If you are not happy with your order, you may return items within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• In original packaging where possible

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used electrical accessories and test equipment cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.  

We may request photos to help resolve the issue quickly.

If your item presents a fault within 30 days, in line with UK consumer law, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If an item is faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll refund or replace it, including return postage. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5-10 working days of us receiving the return. Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by Australian customs. These are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.
