1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund.

You do not need to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing:

2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Not show signs of installation or site use

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item has been used, damaged or returned in a condition that reduces its value.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was supplied

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items that are not received.


4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 14 days with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used on site
  • Items that show signs of wear or installation
  • Customised or personalised products

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
