We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
If you are not happy with your order, you may return items within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• In original packaging where possible

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used electrical accessories and test equipment cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos to help resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 working days after receipt of the returned item

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
