1. Returns
Unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in original packaging. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact info@tipclip.co.uk before returning any item
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Not show signs of installation or site use
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item has been used, damaged or returned in a condition that reduces its value.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless:
- The item is faulty
- The wrong item was supplied
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items that are not received.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 14 days with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs (if applicable)
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used on site
- Items that show signs of wear or installation
- Customised or personalised products
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
