Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Short version: it's free to enter, you need to be 18+ and live in the UK, and five people win a Tip-Clip each. The full rules are below.
1. Who's running it
The promoter is East Coast Electrical Solutions Ltd, trading as Tip-Clip (company number 16194413), Manor Farm Office 5, Watlington Road, Runcton Holme, Norfolk PE33 0EJ. Email: info@tipclip.co.uk.
2. Who can enter
You must be a UK resident aged 18 or over. Our employees, their families and anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway can't enter.
3. How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter:
- Subscribe to the Tip-Clip YouTube channel;
- Like the giveaway Short: youtube.com/shorts/_sgWPDP-tnY; and
- Comment on that Short tagging a sparky mate.
Each mate you tag in a comment counts as one extra entry. Please tag real people you know – we may disqualify spam, fake or duplicate accounts, or automated entries. You'll need a YouTube account to enter; these are free.
4. Closing date
The giveaway closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 October 2026. Entries after that won't count.
5. The prizes
There are five winners, and each gets one Tip-Clip. There's no cash alternative and prizes can't be transferred or swapped. If something outside our control means we can't supply a prize, we may offer a similar one of equal or greater value.
6. Picking the winners
Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date (we're aiming for 1 November 2026).
7. Telling the winners
We'll contact winners by replying to their YouTube comment and/or by message, and ask for a UK delivery address. Winners have 14 days to reply. If we don't hear back in that time, or the winner isn't eligible, we'll redraw and pick someone else. We'll post prizes free to a UK address within 30 days of getting your details.
8. Your data
We'll only use your details to run the giveaway, contact you if you win and send your prize. We won't sell your data or add you to marketing lists without your permission, and we'll delete winners' delivery details once the prize has arrived. We may publish winners' YouTube usernames when we announce the results; tell us if you'd rather we didn't. Questions about your data: info@tipclip.co.uk.
9. Not linked to the platforms
This giveaway isn't sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. By entering you release those platforms from any liability connected with it.
10. The small print
We can amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway if we need to for reasons beyond our reasonable control, or if there's fraud or a technical problem. We'll keep changes fair and post them on this page. Our decision on the winners is final. Entering means you accept these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
